I believe meaningful therapy begins with feeling safe, understood, and genuinely accepted. Whether I'm working with a child, teenager, or adult, my goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgment or the pressure to have everything figured out. I believe healing happens through authentic connection, and that lasting change begins when people feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a school psychologist, where I had the privilege of supporting children, families, and educators through some of life's most challenging moments. That experience deepened my passion for helping people build resilience, strengthen relationships, and discover the confidence that comes from recognizing their own strengths.

I especially enjoy working with children and adolescents, helping them better understand their emotions, develop healthy coping skills, and navigate life's challenges with confidence. I also have a passion for working with adults, particularly parents and individuals from rural communities. Growing up in rural Montana shaped my appreciation for the strength, resilience, and close-knit relationships that define many rural communities. I also understand that those same values can sometimes make it difficult to ask for help. My hope is to provide a space where people feel respected, understood, and supported as they navigate whatever challenges they're facing.

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person's unique needs. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), trauma-informed care, play therapy, and principles of shame resilience. Together, we'll build practical skills to manage difficult emotions, strengthen relationships, improve communication, and move toward a life that reflects what matters most to you. I believe we create meaningful change not by striving for perfection, but by approaching ourselves with curiosity, self-compassion, and the courage to take the next step forward. I believe life's hardest moments don't define us, and everyone deserves a place where they can feel heard, supported, and hopeful.

It would be an honor to be part of your journey.

Hello and welcome!

Life can be difficult, and each day brings unique, unpredictable challenges that rarely come with clear answers. My goal is to help you navigate these hurdles so you can build the fulfilling life you deserve.

I believe a secure, trusting relationship is the absolute foundation of therapy. Together, we will explore your thought patterns, emotional responses, and behaviors to help you harness your natural strengths. We will collaborate to uncover a path forward and break through the roadblocks holding you back. To support your unique needs, I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Somatic therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Trauma-Focused CBT.

My practice is deeply person-centered. There is no one-size-fits-all approach here—you steer the ship of your own healing journey. You decide what your goals are and what works for you, while I tailor our sessions to support your chosen path.
